Ordered the bike on Monday, received it next Monday, exactly 7 days in EU.
The box it came was very sturdy and didn't have any cracks.
NOT:
After opening it, noticed the bike had 2 scratches, one on frame ( I see that everybody has this, it's like a trademark and is related to the way the front wheel is packed ) and another scratch on the front shock absorber.
Brake handles are to far way for my hand.
The biggest problem for me is the back wheel has some noticeable wobble. I think I may need to go to a shop so they can either straiten it from the spokes or put some weights on it.
YES:
The bike is huge and feels more like a motorcycle then a bike.
The acceleration is insane ( please consider this is my first E-bike and I was blown away )
Mine reached 55.6km/h on straight road.
5 Stars because the feeling on it and when accelerating is pure awesome. Also a big plus is the bike looks sturdy and well build, to bad for the wobbly back wheel thought.
