   I purchased this trike for my girlfriend. Because of illness, she hasn't been able to walk around our property like she used to. She now spends hours cruising around. To start, the two boxes arrived in 4 days by FedEx . The initial delivery window was a week, but the tracking number nailed the delivery down to a couple of hours. The trike went together easily. I couldn't find where the bottle holder or lock holder were supposed to mount, but she didn't want those anyway. Not a big loss. The basket in back is great. She can pick up trash or "pretty" rocks. She also uses it to carry around feed for her animals. I should mention that at 5'3" she is barely able to fit the trike. It's kind of big for her. It has plenty of power to get her up the hills, and enough battery life to keep her going all day. She recharges it at night, so she is ready for the next day. The wide, knobby tires give a good grip on our sandy soil and rocky terrain, and they are strong enough not to be punctured by cactus or cut by rocks. I haven't had a need to speak with customer service, so I can't comment on that. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a trike.
