   The bike takes a while to get to you . Make sure to check when unboxed because my derailleur came busted so I had to wait about 11 days to get a new part all da way from China. The company was actually helpful and even told me about diy videos they have on YouTube so that definitely helps. But over all the bike is a bit heavy but runs as said. It is really fast even at inclines. The battery hold a full charge for a long time. Assembly was quick and very easy.    I received the bike, well packaged and easy to put together. One of the most important things I've learned, as this is my first E-Bike, I there are control units S830 that tell the motor how to work (instant on, delay, hoe to turn the head light on, etc.) These instructions did not come with my bike. I found them, Sort of on You-tube, but without "You Tube" I wouldn't have the directions to learn how to use the bike. Honestly, there is a lot know about riding an electric bike. Please learn what to expect as I have heard of people falling off and hurting themselves.
